There I said it, Laugh at the pain
Injured chuckles of the deranged
Its the only way to move on, you'll have your sun
When retirement hits there's typically a few years left before your dead

Supporting myself shackles me to a schedule killing me faster
Making a long story short for me
Hopefully I last longer than what my company thinks is theirs
Paycheck to paycheck becomes tiring why dont you just kill me faster?
Make it a long story short for me?
Give me something greater
There's more room to expand than this

"Follow your dreams" is just a lie, work until you die
Your true legacy will be consumed

Feeding yourself the only threat, O well...
